Armana Models is pleased to offer this basic introductory workshop designed for not only beginner models, but also for models that require a refresher in certain areas of their modeling repertoire.

Taught by Miss Calgary 2009 Kaley Johnson and Miss Calgary 2006 Lisa Harrigan, this workshop contains basic elements that are essential for every model who wishes to pursue all aspects of modeling:

• Photo shoots with a professional photographer (establishing 10 different looks, studio and location shoots, professional make-up).
• A Model Portfolio containing 10 photos professionally presented.
• 50 Comp Cards.
• A professional Model Resume.
• Assistance with your web presence.
• Half day workshop discussing the following topics:
  • Audition etiquette
  • What to bring to an audition
  • Basic make-up
  • How to walk the runway
  • Basic poses & turns
  • Nutrition and health tips
  • Skincare
  • What your portfolio should have
  • Basic understanding of the modeling industry
  • What to know about photo shoots
  • Modeling challenge.

Cost: $600.00

Mini-Workshop

This mini workshop is designed to teach basic runway walks and poses for the camera.

• 2.5 hour workshop taught by Lisa Harrigan and/or Kaley Johnson
• Receive copies of images taken at the workshop.
